Five phases · Zero ambiguity
How a Pioneer repaint works
Five structured phases turn a paint job into a program. Every step is built to be effortless on your operation and exceptional on the property — written scope, real dates, documented close-out.
Phase 01 — Site walkthrough & proposal
We walk the property in detail, elevation by elevation and surface by surface. The result is a line-item fixed proposal that accounts for every square foot and every surface condition — no allowances, no surprises — typically delivered within about 48 hours.
Phase 02 — Approvals & insurance
We provide COIs, product data sheets, and scope documentation for your facility, ownership, or management team. For HOA communities we prepare ARC-ready color packages and will present scope at the board meeting. Getting approved is part of our job, not just yours.
Phase 03 — Phased scheduling & access
We phase by floor, suite, or building so your operation keeps running — entrances, parking, and tenants stay accessible throughout. Occupied multi-family and HOA communities get 48–72 hour notices, and the dates we commit to are real, not estimates.
Phase 04 — Documented surface prep & paint
Thorough cleaning, crack repair, caulking, and primer before a drop of topcoat. We document surface conditions before and after prep, and paint is applied to manufacturer specification — not contractor shortcuts.
Phase 05 — Final walkthrough & compliance close-out
We walk the finished project with your team, clear any punch items on the spot, and deliver a full compliance package: dated photographs, product data sheets, warranty documentation, and sign-off forms — formatted for the board packet or management file.
